The benefits of good dieting is something that is not preached widely by many. many people seem not to care what or how they eat, they just want to EAT. it is of great importance to humans to always mind the kind of materials that passes through the gullet, not just only food. a good diet must contain  good water, water comes in different types so its left for people to decide the one that is good and the one that isn't. good dieting is good for every human no matter the race, age, or religion. good dieting also helps to maintain a good body weight which reduces ones risk or vulnerability to many diseases. it is essential to know the importance of good dieting and that is the reason for this writing. below are some of the benefits of good dieting.

6 Habits That Can Lead To Health Disorder

Good day, i find this post interesting because we as humans, there are some things we do in our everyday life that we don't even know is very harmful to our health. I'll discus about the little i know and the ones gotten from the numerous research that I've done. like the popular saying goes "health is wealth". most times we cut short our life span through the constant practice of one irrelevant habit or another. below are some things we do in our every day life that can cause damage to our health:

1.Smoking
2.Alcohol
3.Eating without exercise
4.Drug abuse
5.Excess intercourse
6.Constant consumption of a class of food.

1.Smoking:smoking is the intake of acidic air from cigarette that goes directly to the lungs which will later go to the blood stream. a large number of the people living on earth are smokers, both male and female. most of them are lads that know little or nothing about the dangers of smoking. like i said earlier on, smoking is a life span reducer. cigarette is a product that is hardly advertised and most makers of cigarette always give a warning against smoking, this is to tell you how dangerous and unhealthy smoking is. most diseases have their roots traced down to smoking, like heart attack, cancer of the lungs e.t.c.

2.Alcohol:  taking of alcohol once in a while in little quantities can be a little safe but when it is taken regularly in large amounts, it can be very dangerous and hence become a serious problem. if you're that type that can drink up a truck load of alcoholic wine or rum, then you need to drop such habit, if the need arise then you should just take a little (don't take at all if you can). alcohol just like any other bad habit has a way of breaking down the pillars of good health. the more you take, the more you get addicted to it and when you get addicted to alcohol that's the beginning of the end of good health for you.

workouts for the lower body(for ladies)

Now, am going to make this post short as it can be, this is strictly for the ladies  who wish to get their lower body in shape. there are too many workouts targeted at shaping and building the lower body, but not all are effective and good for all ladies. below is a list of workout that are effective for the majority.

1.Squats
2.Dead-lift
3.Side twist

1.Squats - This is the most common lower body workout that mainly affects the butt. it is very easy to do and does not need too much energy neither does it stress the body. but i would not recommend this for men as it tends to enlarge the butt with time, most guys don't know this because i see still some guys still doing this workout, that which I'd recommend for guys is the half squat. just like the name, this type of squat in only done half way of the normal squat.

2.Dead-lift- This is done normally with a piece of weight that fits the strength and body of the trainee. to me this is the most effective workout to build the lower body for ladies. this workout helps the lower body to lose fat and gain muscle easily and it is always challenging because it works the whole lower body from the thighs to the butt and every other area of the lower body. it is a great workout for girls that want to add to their butt and thigh area. this workout is done by holding a weight(one that fits your size to avoid injury) on your shoulder and squatting down with the whole weight and standing up back. there have been some cases of injury while indulging in this workout and that can be traced to the fact that the trainee did not balance well before squatting down with the weight. that said, I'd suggest that you always check and make sure that you are well balanced before you proceed to squatting down with the weight on your shoulders. the right way to do this workout is to do 5 reps of 10sets to avoid over working of the butt and thigh muscles that are usually very fragile and easily over worked.

Hi, let me let you in on a little research i did on how to workout  properly in order to lose fat. most people don't know that workouts for fat loss have side effects if they are not done properly. i remember when i first started working out to lose fat, after the first day i couldn't continue because all my muscles were too weak to do anything and it remained so for over a week. when it happened, i wondered why because i thought working out was as important and have no side effect as breathing, but what i didn't know is that, though working out is important for a healthy life and to lose fat, it has severe side effects when it's not done properly, for example, a guy can do crunches and sit ups for fat loss and muscle strengthening in the belly region  and end up having pain in the neck and back areas, what happened?, he didn't do it the way he should and that has much more effects than pains in some regions of the body. the human body is like a machine and as such it has limits and when those limits are reached and crossed during workouts, it breaks without much warning. it is good to understand and know your body limits in order to save yourself from the dangers of workout injuries.

First, I'll like to say that this is not a way to build muscles or make your muscles bigger.while some muscles are big and strong, it is important to note that not all big muscles are strong and fat free. am going to
take my time to outline the most effective ways to make your muscles stronger and tips to fat loss around the muscles in the body. follow the tips below to get your muscles strong and fat free in no time.

1.Long use-The best way to make your muscles stronger and in good shape.this involves the use of the muscles for strenuous activities for a relatively long period of time . this is the most effective way to make your muscles stronger and for fat loss around the muscles within a short period of time but this can be a little bit difficult because its energy and time consuming. it takes about 4-6 hours to get this done daily.

2.Good rest-After a long use of the muscles, it is very important to let them rest in order for them to grow stronger. building and growing in the body is usually done when the body is resting, so rest is very important in the course of building stronger muscles and fat loss.

How To Stop Smoking

Smoking passes highly acidic smokes directly to the lungs. since the lung is the respiratory organ responsible for breath and its main function is to transport oxygen from the atmosphere directly to the bloodstream and give out carbon dioxide, smoking indirectly transports contaminated smokes to the lungs as oxygen which will go to the blood stream thereby causing harm to your circulatory system and general health. smoking is a life span reducer, a slow killer, it starts by destroying the lungs before moving over to the heart. a person that is into smoking can easily stop the habit by following these procedures.

Mindset: to stop smoking, you'll really have to make up your mind if you mean to stop. now your mind is made up on quitting smoking. you can do anything but not everything. stopping smoking is one  thing any smoker can do because you weren't born with the habit, its just something you started on your own or by peer pressure. quitting smoking is easy but not as easy as starting it.
  2. Avoid friends that smoke or places you're likely to smoke: this is really important . avoiding friends that smokes doesn't mean you should avoid them totally, just give them some distance. avoid going to places where you normally mean to smoke. trying to quit smoking is in vain if you still hangout with your fellow smokers. try mixing up with non-smokers that see smoking as a risk to their health.
  3. Avoid being idle/lonely: lonely and idleness can make you go back to your dropped habit . always be in the midst of friends or try to keep yourself positively busy by reading or playing one of your favorite games.
  4. Talk to a friend: try talking to a friend will help you stop the habit. tell him/her you want to stop the smoking and you're never going back. you should only talk to a friend who has been against your smoking habit and someone that believes and trusts you. make a vow to someone dear to you who has kicked against your smoking habit, by doing this, it makes you feel like you owe him/her something and can not afford to let them down.
  5. pray:the ultimate of them all and the easiest. just believe in God and what you ask of him and it will happen. if all seems to fail, this medium can never fail you. no matter who/what you are, you just need to believe and ask through Jesus and he will never fail you.amen.
