Fat loss is a state whereby you make the body lose fat either by dieting or workout or both. fat loss have always been misunderstood like many other aspect of weight loss. fat loss takes time to achieve and fat loss can mostly be achieved by involving in fat loss workouts and dieting, although it takes a little longer, fat loss can also be achieved without dieting, all that will be needed is the intake of some foods that aid fat loss(fat loss foods) and you'll lose fat fast but not as fast as when you involve in fat loss workouts and watch your diet. it is also important to note that fat loss does not happen overnight unlike many fitness websites would tell you and even go as far as claiming to have a plan for effective fat loss within a period as short as one week, but i say to you today that no amount of workout or dieting will give you noticeable fat loss within such a short time. this is not to get you confused, there are some websites, very few though, that can keep up to at most seventy percent(70%) of such promises. fat loss can also be achieved if you follow the below listed tips which have proven to be effective for fat loss.

1.Running and jogging - This workout is one of the most effective around the world for fast fat loss. this workout can be done as cardio or for body building. this workout aids fast fat loss by increasing the heart rate which will in turn increase the metabolism of the body. during this workout, the heart rate is increased, the increment should be kept steady for a maximum time of twenty to thirty minutes, the higher the faster the rate of fat loss. if the heart rate is not increased and kept that way for this minimum time, fat loss might occur but it will be in extremely small amounts. the workout is very good both for those aiming at fat loss and those who wish to maintain their weight. this workout is very easy and can be done anywhere, the best time to do this workout for fast fat loss is in the morning, before eating in order for fat loss to be rapid. if you've been reading posts on this blog you'd know that the best time to go for jogging or running is in the early hours of the morning(6-8am) this is because there is no energy present in the body except the ones present in fat cells, so by involving in workouts by this time, you force your body to release the energy stored in fat cells
(usually in the skin) and when this energy is released on a constant basis, it will lead to fast fat loss. another reason why jogging and running is best done in the early morning hours is because insulin has not been released by the body at that time. insulin has other functions but am going to talk about its function in relation to fat loss. I'd like to call insulin the ultimate provider and guard of fat cells. insulin sends excess fats and carbs that are taken into the fat cells and it also prevents the fat cells from releasing energy whenever it is released by the body. insulin is not a friend of fat loss, the good guy that many people seek. if this workout is done the right way i.e for at least twenty to thirty minutes then i assure you, you're going to experience fast fat loss which will be accompanied by a more muscular body.

Hi, let me let you in on a little research i did on how to workout  properly in order to lose fat. most people don't know that workouts for fat loss have side effects if they are not done properly. i remember when i first started working out to lose fat, after the first day i couldn't continue because all my muscles were too weak to do anything and it remained so for over a week. when it happened, i wondered why because i thought working out was as important and have no side effect as breathing, but what i didn't know is that, though working out is important for a healthy life and to lose fat, it has severe side effects when it's not done properly, for example, a guy can do crunches and sit ups for fat loss and muscle strengthening in the belly region  and end up having pain in the neck and back areas, what happened?, he didn't do it the way he should and that has much more effects than pains in some regions of the body. the human body is like a machine and as such it has limits and when those limits are reached and crossed during workouts, it breaks without much warning. it is good to understand and know your body limits in order to save yourself from the dangers of workout injuries.

First, I'll like to say that this is not a way to build muscles or make your muscles bigger.while some muscles are big and strong, it is important to note that not all big muscles are strong and fat free. am going to
take my time to outline the most effective ways to make your muscles stronger and tips to fat loss around the muscles in the body. follow the tips below to get your muscles strong and fat free in no time.

1.Long use-The best way to make your muscles stronger and in good shape.this involves the use of the muscles for strenuous activities for a relatively long period of time . this is the most effective way to make your muscles stronger and for fat loss around the muscles within a short period of time but this can be a little bit difficult because its energy and time consuming. it takes about 4-6 hours to get this done daily.

2.Good rest-After a long use of the muscles, it is very important to let them rest in order for them to grow stronger. building and growing in the body is usually done when the body is resting, so rest is very important in the course of building stronger muscles and fat loss.

1.Work- This is the best way to maintain your muscles.it helps to keep them alive and in shape.you can work your muscles by using them very often to do things that require them being stressed and stretched to boost fat loss.the amount of stress applied on the muscles should be equal to the amount of stretching applied.you stress the muscles when you use them for things that require them to be contracted and thickened like pulling,pushing,dragging,walking e.t.c,and you stretch the muscles when you use them for things that makes them extremely lengthened and relaxed.like shoulder lifts stretching of the body,banana jump. e.t.c.

The Heart:the heart is the major functional part of the body. as we all know, it works to keep us alive, so we must ensure to keep it safe. the heart unlike other organs of the body, requires special treatment and attention and its rate is the main factor to be considered in the issue of fat loss. most things on our every day life is traced down to our heart for support and energy, things like running, dancing, walking and other energy required activities. when you develop a problem of the heart, that's  when you start doing less of these things because the heart can no longer back up these activities and you'd be prone to other diseases.

there are a few tips to keep the heart in a good state, and these include:
  • Think Less:we all know that thinking a lot is not advisable for health. always try not to think unnecessarily or do anything of such. if you're being troubled by anything, just take a deep breath and relax or take a juice drink and lie down and try to stay around friends as much as possible.
  • avoid getting angry:if you're that kind of person that flares up so easily then you really need to change your approach to issues to avoid quick rise of temper. anger is one of the major problems that leads to heart disorders. little things get you angry to the point that you start yelling at the  top of your voice. it is not proper to keep up with such character, especially when you're growing older e.g 40yrs and above. anger is very risky to your health in general and your heart in particular. there are many things you should overlook or if it needs your attention, you should speak in a soft tone even when its annoying. try all your best not to get angry by any means. always be easy.
