in the pleural space and are most times the symptoms of pleural
mesothelioma. another type of mesothelioma called peritoneal
mesothelioma comes with symptoms such as weight loss and cachexia,

for now, there is no known safe level of exposure to asbestos as it
relates to the increased risk of mesothelioma. the duration of exposure
to asbestos, capable of causing mesothelioma is short. some cases of
mesothelioma have been with just 1-3 months of exposure. cases of
mesothelioma had been discovered to be high in populations living near
naturally occurring asbestos. for example, in a small village in turkey,
mesothelioma causes 50% of all deaths.at first, people thought the
deaths were caused by erionite, a zeolite material with very similar
properties to asbestos but that have been proved to be wrong by recent
investigations which shows that erionite mostly causes mesothelioma in
families with a genetic predeposition. like i said before a person may
be exposed to asbestos fibers if his or her relation works in an
asbestos company. to reduce the risk of exposing family members to
asbestos fibers, asbestos workers should always take a shower and change
their clothing before leaving the workplace. diagnosing mesothelioma is
often difficult because the symptoms of mesothelioma are similar to
those of some other conditions. mesothelioma diagnosis always begin with

may increase if a history of exposure to asbestos is found. a physical
examination is then performed followed by chest x-ray. the stages of
mesothelioma is based on the recommendation by the international

First,I'll start by defining the word fitness. Fitness unlike most
people think is not about having a six pack ab or getting as slim as
possible by involving in fat loss workouts or by going for fat loss

based on these, I'd suggest that skinny people should not be too active in physical activities that lead to fat loss.<br />

slim:these are the people that have both fat and muscle in the right
proportions. the slim people are always seen as sexy and they need a
little more exercise than the skinny. but being skinny also has its own
challenges because a slim person is on the borderline of fat and thin
which makes it very difficult and challenging to maintain their
shape(avoid fat loss and fat gain at the same time). below are a few
tips to help the slim people maintain their shape <br />
*15hrs of exercise weekly<br />
*a little limit on sugar consumption.<br />

guys like myself are considered as having the best body shape for
attracting the opposite sex. however being big to me is not attractive

body fat % and thereby increase the muscle. the following can be done to
achieve fat loss.<br />
*regular exercise:this can range from from push ups to jogging, sit ups, weight lifting, fat loss workouts e.t.c<br />
*eat
more protein than carbohydrate.to do this, you have to use the minus

this workout involves small jumps. and it is natural that when you jump
the whole body weight seem to affect two major parts of the body, the
head and the leg. the first above listed process of this workout could
be very harmful to the heart of fat people and this is because there is a
maximum amount of weight that the heart can carry without stress and
the weight of every fat person exceeds the limits of the heart's ability
and by involving in this workout, you're giving the heart more weight
than it can carry and that could be very dangerous, the second reason is
not too dangerous as the only effect it has on the human body is pains
or aches in some regions of the body, this occurs because the whole body
weight is directed mostly to the head and leg and if the weight is too
much(which is always too much in fat people) it will over stress the
above listed body regions and that will eventually lead to pain in the
ankle or whole leg, and it can also cause headache. this workout should
be done in the morning and evening for quick fat loss.<br />

as an opener. he knew the value of his teeth, so he made a tool to for
that purpose(bottle opening) why try to make it look as if he wasted his
time trying to save you from causing harm to your teeth. most people
think the easiest way to open a drink is with the teeth, but is it the
safest means? the answer is no, trying to get a crown off a bottle is
the same as trying to pull a nail from a wall with your teeth, both are
risky and dangerous. not only crown opening, pulling of hard
objects,bending of metal with the teeth e.t.c, all these are not proper
it can lead to dangerous tooth injuries.<br />

7<u><b>.Cracking and grinding of hard stuff with the teeth</b></u>
-this can be cracking of bones during meal or other hard stuff, some
times it can lead to bleeding from the gum that has been pierced by the
bone particles or sharp edges of the bone, most times the pain can be so
severe that it will require a medical attention, clear the risk of
tooth problems by not indulging in things like cracking of bones and
grinding of hard stuff.<br />

8.<u><b>Avoid the use of hard tooth brush on the teeth</b></u>
-not advisable,not healthy, not good at all, it causes injury to the
gum and some other damages to the gum which is the foundation of a good
teeth. I'd advice the use of something soft and easy that can do a nice
work without stress. a sparkling teeth cannot be made possible with a
strong tooth brush instead you'll have an injured tooth. soft and easy

5.<b><u> Excess intercourse: </u></b>we all know that doing anything in excess is very dangerous, but in the case of intercourse, it could be more dangerous than people actually think it is. there are many deadly effects that excess intercourse has on the body involved in it. excess intercourse mostly affects men so am going to stick to the men. the main effect that it has on a man is infertility, now i know some of you might be thinking "how is this possible?",excess intercourse makes the body ejaculate more semen than it(the body) has the ability to produce in a given time frame. it takes the body about three to four days for semen made by the body to get fully mature for ejaculation, so in a case where a man gets 'involved' and only leaves an interval of 10-12hrs before another 'involvement', the semen made by the body is not allowed to get fully mature and that could be very dangerous because the body might get used to that system and hence just be producing semen and doing nothing to make it mature.<br />

Now, am going to make this post short as it can be, this is strictly for the ladies who wish to get their lower body in shape. there are too many workouts targeted at shaping and building the lower body, but not all are effective and good for all ladies. below is a list of workout that are effective for the majority.<br />

1<u><b>.Squats</b></u><b> - </b>This is the most common lower body workout that mainly affects the butt. it is very easy to do and does not need too much energy neither does it stress the body. but i would not recommend this for men as it tends to enlarge the butt with time, most guys don't know this because i see still some guys still doing this workout, that which I'd recommend for guys is the half squat. just like the name, this type of squat in only done half way of the normal squat.<br />

2<u><b>.Dead-lift</b></u>- This is done normally with a piece of weight that fits the strength and body of the trainee. to me this is the most effective workout to build the lower body for ladies. this workout helps the lower body to lose fat and gain muscle easily and it is always challenging because it works the whole lower body from the thighs to the butt and every other area of the lower body. it is a great workout for girls that want to add to their butt and thigh area. this workout is done by holding a weight(one that fits your size to avoid injury) on your shoulder and squatting down with the whole weight and standing up back. there have been some cases of injury while indulging in this workout and that can be traced to the fact that the trainee did not balance well before squatting down with the weight. that said, I'd suggest that you always check and make sure that you are well balanced before you proceed to squatting down with the weight on your shoulders. the right way to do this workout is to do 5 reps of 10sets to avoid over working of the butt and thigh muscles that are usually very fragile and easily over worked.<br />
