3. scraping: this involves the use of a sharp object like a razor blade to gently remove dirt from the surface of the finger nails. this keeps the nails attractive and shining after cutting and filing. do not use a hard or blunt object. something very light and easy to handle, that you can move on the nails freely without applying force.
4. cleaning: this is the final stage of nail maintenance. it requires the use of a concentrated liquid and wool. its done by soaking the wool in the liquid  and cleaning the nails with the wool. this helps to remove the dirt from the filing and scraping. the beauty of the finger nails lies at this final stage and do not use flame-able liquids  to clean the finger nails.
