How To Prevent Heart Attack

Heart attack is a process by which the supply of blood to the heart is blocked most times by a blood clot.short supply of blood to the heart can lead to damage of the heart muscle,heart attack is a great killer of large number of people most times due to their own ignorance,there are some things we most cut off and some habits we most stop to avoid heart attack.

                                                    Symptoms of heart attack
1.Shortness of breath
2.Weakness
3.Chest pain,like a hard and sharp pain in the chest as if it is been compressed by a heavy metal.
4.Anxiety

                                                    How to prevent heart attack

1.Smoking- smokers should quit smoking so as to prevent the occurrence of heart attack.

2.Alcohol- the reduction of alcohol intake is very necessary,if possible should be stopped..if you're that kind that drinks heavily,you should cut of such habit,drink very little if you really need to drink.

3.Weight-over weight persons are prone to heart attack.try to cut down fats by indulging in fat loss workouts and reduce your body weight through daily exercise.

4.food-avoid eating foods that contain fat,eat plenty of fish and vegetables.eating too much carbs is risky and can lead to increase in the fat percentage of the body.eat plenty of high fiber foods.
