Tips To Prevent Diabetes

Now, we all know the general advice physicians give when it comes to preventing diabetes, and that is to eat as less as possible foods containing sugar. but what if i told you it takes more than that to secure your position as non-diabetic. well i wouldn't just go straight to the answer, i,d like you to know a little bit more about diabetes.
                                        What Is Diabetes
Diabetes is a group of metabolic disease in which the person has high blood sugar mostly as a result of the pancreas's inability to produce enough insulin needed by the (fat) body or rarely because the(not fat) body cells do not respond correctly to insulin.

                                        How And When Did Diabetes  Start
well, to me diabetes started from the late 19th century when factory processed foods replaced almost every natural food in homes around the world and that resulted in the current stats of over 1billion people in the world being obese. all said, its time for the grand finale.
                                       Tips To Avoid And Prevent Diabetes
  • Always eat breakfast early(7-8am):
eating breakfast early has many benefits but am gonna list a few.
  1. it gives extra strength to involve in physical activities which in turn leads to fat loss thereby reducing your risk of the disease.
  2. eating breakfast early reduces hunger and want for instant energy giving food.
  • Regular Exercise:at least 15hrs of exercise weekly is required for belly-fat loss and to keep you on the safe side.
  • drinking 1 glass of warm water every morning.
