Ways To Cut Down Belly Fat After Child Birth Without Too Much Exercise

first off, you need to understand why the belly tends to be fatty after child birth.so far on my research i was able to find out the 2 main reasons for belly fat after child birth.
  1. disorganization of the belly muscles due to protrusion of the belly during pregnancy.
  2. the disorganized muscles turn to fat in a few months.
lets do some explanation here
  1. disorganization of the belly muscles:this happens during the 3rd to 5th month of pregnancy when the belly muscles are stretched to their limits thereby leading to the breakage and disorganization of the muscles,(remember muscles are like elastics).
  2. muscles turning to fat:after the first stage, the disorganized muscles tend to adhere to the old saying(united we stand, divided we fall). with all that said, its time to take us to the main event.
                                      Ways To Cut Down Belly Fat

  1. using extremely tight belly girdles:by using extremely tight belly girdles,you rearrange and reorganize muscles that have been torn during pregnancy which will account for some fat loss in the belly region. how does it work?, when you wear tight belly girdles on your belly, it compresses and puts back all the torn muscles in place, which usually heals within a time frame of 1 to 2 months. i know this method is not common in western countries, but its the main method used by Africans to cut down belly fat.oh, i forgot to tell you that you'd have to press the belly with semi-hot water before putting on the girdle to attain maximum results.
  2. early morning exercises:i know some fitness specialist will tell you to keep the heart rate high for at least twenty(20)minutes. am not doubting that if the subject was general fat loss, but since we're talking about belly fat reduction, i think its best to do a little jogging and  much sit ups and crunches or any other exercise that is more effective on the belly.
  3. Eating Of Soup Containing Pepper:eating of soup containing a little bit high amounts of pepper is one of the best ways to cut down belly fat after birth, how does it work?, the pepper and other ingredients present in the soup helps to heal the injured/disorganized muscles by joining all the broken muscles back together after they've been compressed together by the belly girdle.i will highly recommend the Nigerian fresh fish pepper soup. for those of you who don't know what this is, just look for any African restaurant in your locale and try to eat at least two plates of pepper soup everyday. remember, if you really want  to shed off that after-birth belly fat, then you ought to eat this soup for fast results(1-1.5 months guaranteed). while the belly girdle works on the muscles externally, the soup heals the muscles internally.
