this could be a very hard task but it is not impossible. there are several workouts specially for skinny guys to gain muscle but if they're not properly done, it can lead to fat loss thereby making the victim skinnier.

muscle can be quite good for skinny guys if they follow the right path which I'll get to describe here.one thing most people don't know is that skinny guys are at advantage when it comes to getting a very strong, ripped looking body, this is because their body fat percentage is naturally very low leaving their body with little fat and tons of raw muscles but the biggest disadvantage of all of this is that muscles need more fat than present in skinny guys to build up therefore they should abstain from fat loss workout.and this is the main reason why most skinny guys end up getting skinnier when they try to build muscle.

the first thing I'll discuss here is nutrition. the right nutrition plan that can help skinny guys build muscle fast is to:

Eat Food With High Calorific Value :this is the start point of success for skinny guys who want to build muscle. since the body fat of skinny guys is very low, for them to involve in activities that will help them build muscle, their body will need a lot of calories for three main reasons which are to provide fat needed for muscle growth,to maintain the body weight and to power physical activities.the ideal food to eat when trying to build muscle is a meal containing 1500-2000 calories every meal time and exercises are to be done before each meal time.
  2. Getting enough sleep
  3. Drinking lots of water
  4. Steady exercise:this is the second most important part of the quest.but you need to know the right right exercises to get maximum results.the workouts i will recommend here are as follows-triceps and biceps workout,crunches,push-up and dead lifts, avoid fat loss workouts like jogging .these are the best workouts for this course and they are to be done three times daily.use these tips and be sure to cross from being skinny to muscular.
