without wasting much time, am gonna get down the point, but first off, lets discuss the meaning and how the biceps work.

biceps are the two top muscles on the arm.
                                      How Does It Work
the biceps are the muscles used for pulling of objects to yourself. when you pull objects, the biceps in your arm shortens and become stiffer and when you release it(the object), the biceps return to their normal length. pulling of heavy or a little bit heavy objects over a long or short period of time, depending on the weight of the object, can make the biceps shorter and stiffer without returning to its normal length, that's why its impossible for muscular guys with big biceps to keep their hand fully straight for a long period of time. so its left for you now to decide between straight hands(no muscles) and a little bit curved hand(lots of muscles).

Now you're gonna need a little weight to pull here, unlike the triceps workout where you use your body as the weight. I'd suggest you get just 1 dumbbell. one dumbbell is what's standing between you and a very big, strong and muscular biceps. when you get the dumbbell of 40-50kg. 10sets of 40 reps each will do. 5 on each arm. happy body building to all.
