1.Tranquilizers - This is a drug helps to relax the body in times of tension, anxiety, fear e.t.c. a person using such drug will not know when he/she will be addicted to it, I'll advice everyone using this drug not to always keep a large quantity at home because when little things comes up you'll rush to such drug for relief by so doing you're getting addicted to the drug gradually. relaxing can be done naturally by the use of water or any non-alcoholic liquid.
2.Sedatives -This is similar to the tranquilizer, it brings calmness and most times sleep. at this point the work of the body is put to still, at this point the person is unconscious of on goings in the surroundings, it is mostly used in hospitals, like a serious medical practice is to be carried on a patient that's when the sedatives are put into work. now homely use of such drugs either for relaxation or any other purpose is unhealthy. because surely it will be taken often and addiction will come to play.
3.Painkillers - As the name goes, it's taken to reduce pain. constant use of this drug can lead to some part of the body being unable to function properly after some time, mostly the affected parts. now, if an individual is involved in the excess intake of this drug, I'll advice its reduction now .
4.Drugs for fat - This is mostly common among the skinny persons that hate their size. truth be told, the skinny persons are more healthy than the fat ones, i don't see any reason why a person that is slim or thin will be wishing to be fat, and they end up taking any kind of drug so far guaranteed that it will lead to increase in body size. most of this fat drugs don't even have a proper dosage, so a desperate person will not know when he or she has taken an overdose. drugs for fat has effects like stretch mark, rough skin, spotty skin, unreasonable increase in size, like some part of the body will be fatty and some still skinny or tiny. most times the individual can develop a great skin disease. i advice, do not take at all.
5.Weight loss drugs - It is normal and proper to lose weight for a healthy living if you're over-weight. but don't depend solemnly on drugs, you should back it up with constant exercises like jogging and others. take little and exercise more. excess use of weight loss drugs can lead to addiction to weight loss drugs.
