How To Grow Healthy Kids(child health)

When growing up, kids should be given special treatment and care. growing healthy kids depends wholly on the parent(s), first you should understand that kids are more prone to diseases than adults and hence they should always be on a constant watch in order to be able to control what they are doing at all times. kids have different behaviors and  characters, some are bad and some are good so its left for you to determine the character of your child and work with it if it's right or correct it if it's wrong. there are many ways to bring up healthy kids but we are going to discuss the few major ones.#

*Feeding
*Outings and fun
*Time and attention
*Advice
*Love and care
*Discussion
*Immunization
*Constant medical check up

*Feeding: one of the best ways to grow healthy kids is by feeding them with highly rich meals containing all the classes of food in adequate proportions. there are some food types that are highly needed for a healthy child growth. feeding here describes the act of providing these relevant foods for your kids and not filling them with foods that are not important and can be harmful to their health. you should always consider giving your kids adequate amounts of protein, carbs, water, calcium and vitamins. healthy meals for children should contain mostly protein and carbohydrate as the proteins helps to build the body and repair all worn out tissues and cells and the carbohydrates provides energy for the daily activities of the child. proteins do not have much of effects when taken excessively unlike carbs which has the ability to make kids fat when they are taken in excess and it can also lead to disorders such as diabetes so its very important that the intake of carbs be highly monitored. water aids easy digestion and diffusing of the nutrients in the food to the body which it is needed. water also controls the body mass and it is so because water taken in, no matter how small or large its amount is, about 76% of it is retained by the body and the rest is passed out therefor you should consider giving your kids water only when it is necessary. calcium helps to grow healthy and strong bones and also a good set of strong teeth. vitamins stimulates the body's immune system to fight diseases.


*Time And Attention: no matter how busy your schedule is, always make out time for your kids. kids ought to be given time and attention. that is to show them that they are really important, never make them feel less of it(important).

*Outings And Fun: this is one of the most important in a child's life. kids really love outings. taking kids out is really important as it helps them socialize more and learn how to communicate outside home. the idle places to take your kids to are places where kids from different homes meet to have fun together and this also helps them to make friends.

*Advice: try always to find out what your child's opinion about things and correct them if they are wrong or encourage it if they are right. never be too busy to render any form of wordy help to your kids irrespective of their age. in life, there is always the need to talk to someone and try to get advice, if you are the kind of person that is always busy, you won't know what's troubling your kids and how they are trying to fight it either at school or any other place. always make out time to talk and render advice to your child.

*Love And Care: this is the most important  of all. in order to grow healthy kids, always show them love, never scold or hit them whenever they are wrong or act disrespectful. a word told to ears softly is more adhered to than the one forcefully said by shouting and hitting. if they go wrong, sit them down and talk to them politely and carefully state the dangers and reason why they need to drop the bad habits and everything will go right. love goes beyond shouting around everywhere "i love you" and you can't prove it.treat your kids  with respect and love.

*Discussion: you should always engage your kids in a discussion, not minding their age. engaging your kids in discussions helps you to know what they are made of internally and their ways of approaching issues. just bring up a decent topic and seek their opinion. they might come out good or bad so its left for you to help them spot and understand the areas where they are wrong and put them in the right way and this will make them represent you just the way you want, outside home.

*Immunization:this is one of the things that some parents ignore when it comes to bringing up healthy and physically balanced kids.immunization should not only be done for diseases that are well known to be widely spread and dangerous to children but also for those that are not well known but also pose a threat to a child's well being. in this present world, it is very common to see parents immunizing their children against polio, chicken pox e.t.c. but while immunization against these diseases is important, it is also important for parents to immunize their kids against diseases such as diphtheria, tetanus and whooping cough, all these are diseases caused by bacteria and the drug that helps children to develop immunity to these diseases is a vaccine called Dtap.

*constant medical checkup:  this helps to detect hidden ailments in the body and it also helps to clear any foreign material in the body. it is very important to take your kids to regular medical check ups in order to clear all foundations of new diseases and also to reduce cost of healthcare when those diseases are left in the body for too long. avoid administration of drugs to kids without a doctor's advice.
